Contractor Warranty

This warranty is issued to the homeowner(s) listed on the original contract.
A Plus Exterior LLC guarantees all work for the life span warranted by the manufacturer of the chosen product.

In addition, we guarantee 100% workmanship on all labor performed by our team for the lifetime of the installation.

Wind Protection Guarantee

Your roof is protected under our warranty for winds up to 130 mph.
If damage occurs under this condition and shingles are found to have blown off or lifted, A Plus Exterior will replace them free of charge.

Our Roof Warranty is fully transferable to future homeowners — adding value and peace of mind for years to come.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by a failing roof structure or an improperly designed system

  • Damage resulting from acts of God, including but not limited to:

    • Falling trees

    • Gale-force winds exceeding 130 mph

    • Tornadoes

    • Lightning

    • Other natural disasters

  • Any accidental damage or incidents beyond the control of A Plus Exterior
